• How many can I mint? AL, 3 per wallet. Public, 5 per wallet.

• Do I own all, or a fraction of the property if I mint or buy a Master Key? Each key gives you flexible access to a holiday home, not ownership. However, Genesis Mint Holders will be able to vote on the future of the properties as a DAO member. This may include some kind of fractional ownership in future.

• Can I keep my Access Key for the following year?
  No, each key is valid for 1 year and will expire after this. There will be plenty of opportunity for all holders to book their weeks.

• Can I sell my Genesis Master Key? Yes, you can sell your Master Key at anytime on secondary, so others can enjoy the future Access Key airdrops. But please keep in mind Master Keys holders will have ongoing benefits such as Airdrop Perks, AL for future locations & Discounts on Master Key renewals at the end of the 5 years.

• Can I sell my Access Keys?
  Yes, should you chose not to use your holiday home for the upcoming year, unused Access Keys can be sold on secondary for others to enjoy.

• What if I want to stay more than one week in a year? There are two ways to add extra weeks. 1) Mint or buy another master key 2) Buy an Access Key on secondary for the year you wish to stay

Booking​

• How do I book a stay?  Access Key holders will be able to Book and Claim a weeks stay during an allocated window (window duration will be plenty of time). Booking access will be given after Access Keys have been airdropped to Master Key holders.

• How quickly can I access the Holiday home after Booking? Once the booking window is closed, it will be 6 months until the first guests arrive at the Holiday Home. This is to give our first guests plenty of time for planning and arranging flights. Immediately following the mint we will begin the process of purchasing the properties. We have already started scoping out potential targets and expect the purchases to take 3 to 6 months to finalise. We will hold regular calls with holders in our discord to keep them updated on how we are proceeding as well as sharing text announcements.

• Can I book two consecutive weeks? Yes. During booking we will allow two Access Keys in the same wallet to be booked back to back so you can extend your stay.

At the Holiday Home

​

• How will I get from the Airport to the Holiday home? DXB Airport has readily available taxis on arrival, and your Holiday home will be just a 30 mins drive away. Taxis will cost approximately $35-$40 each way.

• How do I access the Holiday Home? Our Dubai agent will meet you at the property on arrival. They will hand you your keys and answer any questions. You will also be given an agents WhatsApp number who you can message during your stay 12 hrs a day, 7 days per week.

• What if I want to vacate early? You can leave your Holiday Home when ever you please, and it will be left empty until your final checkout date. Unused days or weeks cannot be refunded or compensated for.

• Should I clean the holiday home before leaving? No, it will be cleaned and maintained by us after your departure, so its immaculate for the next Key holder.

The Team

• Will the team work on this full time? As we've shared on the Team page, all 5 holders are working full time for their current businesses and will continue in their roles. However, between the team, we will be available across all time zones to respond to questions and support holders. Following the initial mint, we also plan to bring on dedicated operational support to ensure all holders receive the best possible service. We have a private discord that we will use as a communication tool to share ongoing updates and host regular calls with a community chat channel for holders to interact with each other.

• How do I access The Master Key Club Discord? Once you have registered via Premint you will receive an invite to join our server, and you can contact the team directly.
